Bored With Covid? Dream About Expansion with 30,000 sq feet

You'll notice one of the "dream out loud" ideas is turning that building into an EBay fulfillment center.  It has 30,000 square feet with an operating cost of less than $2 per square foot.  I keep thinking about how well it would work to stock listing clothing so that combined shipping would be cheap.  If it had a million pieces of clothing in there from various vendors buyers would almost always find more than one item to ship at time. 

If not that - maybe you have some amazing idea of what it could be used for?  There are about five weeks left to find the best idea for using it so it doesn't need to be torn down.

30,000 sq ft is tiny for a fulfillment centre and it's 500km to Winnipeg to connect to a viable transport network!

Might be good for a grow-op?
