I would like to see e-bay  offering promotions to customers to keep buying  working with sellers , I would like to see a drop in fees for sellers during this difficult time . If customers stop buying which is likely with loss of employment  sales will fall fast.

There have been a few recent coupons. I got one on Tuesday, $5 off any purchase over $25.

Last week there was an eBay bucks offer of 10%.
