I just discovered an issue when I went to process a shipment to Nunavut with Shippo. For some unknown reason Both in Shippo and Canadapost when you sign in to either account, it is NOT applying the applicable discount for this location based on one's agreement. Yukon and NWT discount correctly. Canadapost tech support was able to replicate this error and are investigating (Level 2) and will advise once they are able to resolve. Was advised to hold off processing my current shipment to save the refund for long as feasible.
