Canada Post website upgrades Feb 9 and 10

Was anyone having issues creating Shippo shipments this afternoon? I just went to process a shipment. Was able to print a customs invoice and the packing slip but was unable to print a label. Billing as of yet has not processed. Have emailed Shippo accordingly. Was not sure if this was connected to the Canadapost system outage of earlier this weekend.  Error message as follows:

Error
Failed to load PDF document.

Thanks,

It's not working for me either and it's 8 pm! I've emailed Shippo a few hours ago but no response. (They don't work after business hours or on weekends by the looks of it.)

Paypal shipping labels are not generating.  Keep getting error code 60017.  Anyone else having this issue?

Just received the following response from Shippo:

We've received numerous reports about this, have alerted our engineers, and are looking into the cause. We are going to investigate the specific labels and, should the label generate properly, we will send that to you. However, if the label cannot be generated, we will credit your account for the labels you are unable to download.

Please stay tuned.

Talked with someone at Canada Post this morning Monday,  February 11.

Information for a parcel   for shipping within Canada was given  and he was to able to see the problem......  We were both looking at the same result  and were able to see the problem on Canada Post's website

Minimum Online savings were not being shown.

He wrote it up as a record of the problem ....  and something should be adjusted

The sooner the better.......

To see the Online Savings you have to sign into your Solutions for Small Business account.

The minimum online savings link is currently broken if you are not signed in.

Everything is back to what it was before the February 9-10 adjustment.

The mess on Canada Post's website is gone.

They appeared to have responded to my telephone call.
