Customer ordered and want me to cancel but items ready to ship out

Hello Everyone,

I got an order from a customer in the early hour of the night today and 12 hours later Cx want me to cancel however I already purchase the shipping / tracking info and the item is ready to be shipped out

What Can I do now ?

If you did not already shipped it, it is still possible to cancel your label and cancel the order. I know it sucks, but it's better that than having a NAD later on...

NAD= Not as described.

The inference is that if the buyer doesn't want it and you still ship it to them, when they get it they will say that it doesn't match the description which will force you to also pay to have it shipped back to you.

Very much better solution to just spend the time to cancel now (and block the buyer of course too!) will be much cheaper in time and $$$ most likely.
