I was just checking my feedback and saw that there was a follow-up message to feedback, I have never seen that before, not a complaint, just a nice comment.

Used to be a common thing 20 years ago when it was all kumbayah around here and people were more interested in exchanging pleasantries that actually buying and selling.

I just didn't know it was possible, in over 20 years that was my first, I have to admit I am not really a buyer, so I guess I haven't seen the option.

The best way to use those Responses is NEVER use them.

It's terribly easy to fire off an angry Response to a neg or even a neutral -- but the only ones who will ever see them are your future customers.

And what will they think of you then?

 

I have occasionally  Responded with "Thank you for my 50,000th positive feedback. I appreciate your custom,"  or the like.

 

Well, 500th  really. A girl can dream.
