Holiday returns?

When I relist, I keep getting a message that a lot of my listings are not eligible for holiday returns. I am not sure if that means that I need to edit them to make them eligible, or that it is not possible for them to be eligible.

I think that's a glitch. I'm fairly sure that they are not doing a holiday returns promo this year.

Thanks, I hadn't heard that it was running this year, but I don't know why I keep getting the message on some relisings and not others.

If I remember correctly, the 'holiday returns' was an extended period during which the customer could return an unwanted item, for whatever reason.

Now that Paypal is allowing 180 days for disputes and claims, I would guess this is no longer necessary. Or it may just be that the eBay/PP split made it difficult to process.
