I try to list an item but it shows up as 'item location not filled in'

So I keep trying to list an item, but every time I press the 'list now' button theres an errror message saying that I didn't fill out my item location when I did. When I try again, it just keeps happening. I've tried different variations of the postal code, but nothing works.

Instead of your postal code are you able to put in your town and province or even province and Canada?

I still am unable to use my new postal code, I have to use one that is about 5 years old, even though I haven’t moved. It was changed by Canada Post. I think eBay has never updated their codes for Canada.

its on the app, which i assume might be ebay.com, so that might be the problem

Log out of eBay USA and log in to eBay Canada with your app under My EBay - Settings -Country.

Try again and report back.

I checked, it was already under Canada, so it might be an ebay system malfunction

The last time I had strange stuff like that happening to me, I was one minor update behind on my web browser. Maybe check for updates. What are you using to connect to the web?

Or try another completely different browser if you can.

If that fails, clear your cache and restart.

We might have to call in the eBay people to help with this.

Wait, you’re using the app? Is it up-to-date? What happens if you use the mobile version, or Classic version, or go to a desktop?

well, to clarify, i've been using the mobile app. I actually haven't tried using desktop, so I'll get to that.
