Seller says he cannot complete his purchase. I sold 90% of my items in the USA. Maybe 150 sales so far.

If this is for the Sunrise wheel the shipping calculator isn’t giving a cost for the US so a US buyer wouldn’t be able to pay until they are given a shipping cost.  If you go to canadapost.ca and figure out what it will cost you can send an invoice to the buyer with the correct shipping cost.
