New Year, new fees.

You are getting way too greedy for my taste. There is no added value to your price changes. Trying to contact  eBay is as opaque as ever, no chat, etc. I have started selling some stuff on other sites and the fees are more than half less, in some cases a third less, than eBay. Evolve or go extinct, eBay.

You have sold a GRAND total of 15 Items since 2017...

Over 90 days ago you said and I quote "I will not be selling anything, ever again here." in that charming FB you left for your Buyer...

...how better to reply to a poster than by looking at their profile and feedback page,

But, here you are over months later and you are still selling on, and ranting about eBay, if the grass is so green in the following field, sling your hook and move on, move on...

Now, what was your question?, or was this just another...

New Year, new fees.

according to the many venting/disgruntled sellers over the years, eBay has been going "extinct" for at least 12 years now...

yert here it is 2023 and eBay is still here as are millions of eBay sellers worldwide...

The phone reps do not work for eBay so don't bother with them. They work for a subcontractor out of Utah.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

Hi @femmefan1946

The customer support agents in our Salt Lake and Austin centers are full-time employees. I'm unsure where you received the information that they work for a subcontractor, but it's inaccurate.

And the same agents, whether subcontractor (we have some outside of the US) or employees answer both the social and regular help calls. Pointing someone to eBay for Business FB doesn't change the agent pool that will answer their questions.
