Has anyone else been having issues with getting on to Pay Pal website. Have been trying for 10 hours on and off with no luck. All other websites I have had no problems. Used different computer and different browsers and no luck. Talked for about a half hour with a rep and they could not seem to know why this is happening. She said they didn't have any calls in. Talked with a buddy who is about 75 miles from me and he was having the same issues. Guess I will try again tomorrow
