I've read that many are not incredibly impressed with the new layout / design changes on .com seller hub and can in general concur. The item in question got two bids, but there's no option for sending out a second chance offer?
One thing that we noticed today was the change in the drop down menu beside a sold item. The option for sending out second chance offers has disappeared. It's still possible to send SC's by clicking through to the auction and clicking on 'bids', but this just adds additional click-through time . Just thought that I would mention this. If this has already been noted, apologies. Most of our listings are now in Canadian dollars, however many of our sporting goods seem to fair better on .com.
Also, there's not the notification that a SC offer is even possible, like there was before. Less information, but a bigger screen area. Seems less informative, IMO.
