Returns from usa to canada

I am just looking for the most recent info for how to send a shipping label to a USA buyer to return to me in Canada
Originally created the label to send to them through canada post snap ship
Let me know what’s the best way without asking the buyer how much

I tried creating retufn shipping with Shippo but it only let’s me to create a shipping label from me to the buyer

Whatever the sender's address may be-- what you want to do is have the receiver's address be your own.

Are you starting from the original sale?

Don't.

Make a brand new label and change the addresses.

But my account wasn’t charged
And the tracking number displays old tracking number of another package
Is this normal
