Why some sellers do not give immediate feedback if we have done our part? conditioning feedbac

Hello.....

Why some sellers do not give immediate feedback if we have done our part?

They expect us to give them positive feedback first with that intention?

Whether the negative qualify will do the same with us?

I understand:

1 -. Ordering and making payment = fulfilled = positive feedback immediately.

2 - item received as described and functional properly = positive feedback

malpractice and abuse

Why?

In my case, 70% of buyers do not do their part and leave FB.

Many sellers never leave feed and should not get the top rated seller designation if they don't.  Of the many transactions I have done the feedback is sorely lacking.  We buyers should not leave feedback until we receive it.

You first.  Our part of the sale is completed.

Feedback is voluntary...

Each seller, and each buyer leaves feedback as they choose

It has always been like this... and with remain so as long as there is a feedback option on eBay, for both sellers and buyers.

Why does it matter to you so much if you receive feedback as a buyer? Your score as a buyer is always going to be 100% and your feedbacks are always going to be positive, sellers can't leave buyers negative feedback anymore. For sellers, feedback actually matters, it affects how many fees a seller pays, placement in search visibility (on top of page or bottom), account status and limitations, reputation. A lot on the line for a seller when it comes to feedback and ratings, not as important for buyers, it's just for the numbers. Not all buyers leave feedback, and not all sellers do either, it's not mandatory, why such a big deal?
