Thanks for the headsup @msau4301 . Big time yay!!! No update as of yet from eBay about this in eBay emails but was there in gmail. Just tested and settings change option was there and stuck. Discount showed almost automatically. For any sellers wanting to offer this should make a big time difference in sales to be able to actually show accurate FAIR shipping rates. Fingers crossed and best of luck to everyone!!!!!

Side note: Important to understand the rate your buyer will see is the level 4 eBay CP rate when/if you update your settings. If you use CP/Shippo/Net Parcel it will not apply the discount you receive with SSB account. Have not tested to confirm if FEDEX discounted rates has been applied. Your milage may vary.

USA: As per eBay discounted calculator rate should be 8.20 Tracked/ 11.35 Air
Includes 1.00 handling.
UK: As per eBay Discounted calculator rate should be 19.86 Tracked/12.39 Air
(Includes 1.00 Handling)
This eBay update may also affect buyer search results based on shipping costs where your listing ends up ranking.

Can you confirm where the discounts are being applied to on ca. The option to choose carriers is missing.
This is the view for settings on dot com

There was a recent message about UPS being added as an option for sellers in blocks. What is the status for any Fedex services sellers have been able to access since last year and associated discounts? Have issues been corrected regarding waiving home pickup and delivery charges with Fedex. That was also part of the original release but is still being reported as happening by sellers using Fedex.

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies! When eBay-discounted rates are enabled, it will apply to all carriers. There is no option to pick and choose carriers. As for FedEx, there are no changes to the surcharges and fees applied by the carrier.

As per an eBay Calculator test rates do not display for Fedex. Regarding options to choose carriers as per above you can choose USPS, Fedex and UPS in the USA. Showing the discounted rates for CP is extremely appreciated for anyone that would prefer to use.
