I'm so upset. Ive been using eBay since 1996 or 97, and I've had years of 100% positive reviews under usandthe5kids with my husband (since about 2006 that account), but I had to reset my password with no option to first log into my account to update my information after I've moved. The phone & email both are my old ones that I have no access to. Ebay's solution is to create a new account. What a farce. Can't wait for a competitive marketplace/online auction to make its way up.
