shipping options - changed

Hi CTS folks,  it's been years since I was on this forum (but I still lurk occasionally !!) . Could one of you very informed folks advise me why my shipping options have totally changed?  When I create a listing, I no longer have the option for US (select the type of parcel etc).  Only Cdn and Ebay wants to use some type of preformatted list for type and destination.    I am sooooo confused.  How do I get back to the old way of doing things?  thanks, L

Update.....somewhere along the way on the past weekend, Ebay put all of the Shipping choices I have ever used on listings into 'shipping policies' and I now have to go thru a long list and choose one of over 300 shipping choices to put a listing in place that I want to ship to the U.S. from Canada.   Arrrrgggghhhh

Or you can ignore those and set up your own shipping policies.  That would probably be easier.
