Variation Listings showing available quantities for sold-out items

I have many GTC Variation Listings. Recently I've noticed that items which are sold-out are showing available quantities on the listing.  This is causing confusion with buyers, who think the sold-out item is still available.  The listing should specify a zero quantity for sold-out items.

Only spotted this glitch when a buyer complained they couldn't add a sold-out item to their cart, even though Ebay was showing availability.

This has been happening to me constantly over the last few weeks.

Have to keep refunding buyers as it shows stock when I don't have it anymore.

I have talked to other sellers who have been having the same problem.

Would be nice if someone could explain how to fix it.
