What is the problem with the invoicing system? I can't combine shipping fees

since the splitting of ebay and paypal my invoicing has been a mess.......I combine shipping and ebay sends Uncombined invoices...I don't get copies of the sent invoices.....

I have talked to ebay reps 4 times and they say it's a known glitch...but they don't fix it. Of course I pay ebays cut on the shipping....the invoice they won't correct.

I have to invoice directly through paypal by skirting ebay invoicing .....but I still pay all the blown up fees. Unless I cancel the auction

EBay never could combine invoices that were in different currencies, so that's one possiblity.

And there is no compatibility between the dotCOM cart and the dotCA cart.

Your best bet is the Paypal invoice system you have already discovered.

However, you might consider adjusting the combined shipping charge, which can include "handling" charges, to allow for the eBay fees on the uncombined postage.

And no, it's not fair.
