An ebay user continues to message me even though I have stopped
communication with her more than a month ago. I will get emails from
ebay on my phone at 3AM Toronto time:S This is constant. She initially
messaged me to "trade" items from her listings...

Just don't buy from those seller using GSP. In my opinion I don't think
many Canadians purchase from those sellers using GSP because the price
is not worth the item in many instances. Don't encourage those sellers
by simply not purchasing from them. ...

Nothing can be done in this case. There are time frames in which you can
open a dispute or escalate a claim. In this case, it's WAY past the
opportunity to have eBay side with you, even though it's a sensitive
scenario.
