Is ebay ever going to give us any more promotions, its been 2 months since i have had one i know its up to ebay to select but its a bit strange as a TOP SELLER that i am not getting any, is there anyone else that feels the same Good Answers PleaseTha...

I am unable to reply or leave feedback for my buyers this has been going on for sometime now i have contacted ebay on numerous occasions but they tell me it will be fixed but it has not this is affecting my sales and i am sick and tired of contacting...
