One thing I did notice with your sales is that you tend to sell mutiple items to a buyer. They purchase 4 or 5 items at a time, paying for it all at once. Thats great, but because 5 items are purchased in essentially one transaction, the feedback only counts as 1 feedback, even though there are several items. It is feedback per transaction, not per item when more than 1 item purchased. Now, there are some who may not have left feedback yet, but the above does account for some of the discrepancy.
