Buyers not paying for items

Since ebay changed the rules for not being able to leave neg fb, I now have alot of buyers who email me and say they won't pay. Anyone else in the same boat?

I closed my store and have stopped selling on Ebay until policies either get better or are changed to the way they were previously. The increased fees, increased scamming and the non paying buyers really have me shaking my head.

I find that more and more buyers are not paying and not even responding to emails when seller is requesting reasons for non-payment.  They should be charged and negative feedback allowed by seller to be put out for all to see.  This might change some from doing what they are getting away with because it is a hassle for sellers.  They are not penalized and find it fun, I guess, because too many are doing it.
