If I return an item, who will reimburse me?

Hello,

Who will reimburse me the returning of an item if I'm legitimate to return it? Thanks!

You need to contact seller and find out about his return policy.

The refund comes from the seller, eventually, wih the exception of Global Shipping Program shipments.

First contact the seller. He may agree to refund you when the item is returned. Use Confirmation of Delivery. He may also accept a photo of a damaged item instead, but that is his choice.

If he is not helpful, file with the Resolution Centre (top right under Customer Support). Whether GPS is involved or not, you will be refunded.

Note that if your item were shipped under the Global Shipping Program, you probably will not be required to return it. GPS is only used by US sellers.

It is very expensive to ship to China with Delivery Confirmation.

You have 45 days from purchase to file a Dispute. The dispute gives you another 20 days for resolution of the problem.
