5 Buyers today, all international: France, Spain, France, Switzerland, Greece.
This seems to be happening a lot where on a good day:
-most are from Canada
or
-most are from USA
or
-most are International
My backwards (aka optimistic) view to the "restricting/blocking" theory is that the searches etc highlight various sellers rotationally and the days I see good sales I'm being "more highlighted" in either USA, Canada or Internationally.... there is too much coincidence to the prevalence of a particular area when this happens.....at least in my optimistic mind.....
Of course I'd like to be highlighted more, but wouldn't we all!
