Hi I cancelled an order for blue parrot bluetooth and seller agree to refund ..but I don't know about Pitneybows ..21 canadian dollar goes to this..I need refund for that...if order is cancelled then why to pay for pitneybows ???...plz help me to resolve this issue...thank you

The order was cancelled before it was received or sent?  

If the seller cancels it and does the refund through the eBay cancellation process the full amount should be refunded by the seller and PB. I'm not sure if the  pb refund is instant or if it takes a day or two.

Have you been refunded by the seller yet?

I did not get any payment yet but seller says he refunded it...I cancelled the order before shipped it..

The Pitney Bowes charge is a mishmash of shipping and customs-related charges associated with an item shipped through the Global Shipping Program.

You may need to call eBay customer service and ask for a Global Shipping Specialist to get the ball moving on a refund.

First, you may want to try getting a refund through PayPal, ensuring that you explain that the charges are for a sale that has been cancelled.  If that doesn't work then you'll probably have to speak to a human being.

The Pitney Bowes charges were not levied by the seller so the seller is unable to refund them to you.
