Seller has not responded and hasnt shipped!

Hey! I am very new to ebay, and this was my first purchase. However the seller wont respond to my messages, and hasnt shipped the item. Was just wondering if i should be worried or not! Thanks.

To clarify, its supposed to come today, but hasnt been shipped!

I could tell you 1000 things to try and do but here is the only one you really need to know.. You have 45 days to file item not received case with paypal and then paypal will reunfd your money if the seller has not shipped and provided tracking..

DO NOT WAIT MORE THEN 44 DAYS TO FILE CASE ..

If you wait longer you will not get your money or your product ...

Sometimes sellers do not mark it shipped so maybe this is the case..

How do you know that the seller hasn't shipped the item?

Hmm.  If that's the item in question, the seller charges ten cents for shipping the card by FedEx International Priority.

I wonder if the seller realized (s)he'd goofed and is now reluctant to ship?
