Can you please explain what a second chance offer is and how it works. I received one on an item I sold

Sellers don't get second chance offers..........They give them to buyers. If your item had more than one bidder then ebay will say you can make a second chance offer if you have mor then 1 item or the bidder don't pay. http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/second_chance_offer.html
