Bought an item from China that was received and looks nothing like the picture.
I was in contact with the seller for months whom kept asking for pictures, which I provided. I eventually stopped communicating with the seller and went to my credit card company for a charge-back.
Credit card company wants me to follow ebay's buyer protection process.
Buyer protection process doesn't show item I purchased that is in dispute - nothing filed with Ebay. There are no links or any way I can communicate the issue with Ebay.
Seller is unresponsive.
