I have a resolution case going on and by Nov 21, if it is not resolved I am to contact eBay customer support and an agent will
review my case. This is what they told me, but they did not tell me how to get ahold of them.
HOWEVER, I have spent many hours today trying to find out a way to contact them and can't get through all the automatic
searches, etc, etc,.
Can anyone direct me to the page where I am supposed to report to them on Nov 21 or is it a phone call or what?
Hoping someone else has had to do this and can lead me by the hand as I do not find eBay that user friendly. Don't want to spend
time frantically looking around on that date.
