trying to send a newsletter

Happy New Year everyone! 

I have been trying to send out a newsletter.  It has been more than 2 weeks since the last one.  I do not have any email addresses or links or images in the message.  I go to preview and I get the standard 8? red reasons why I need to change my message but I can't figure out what is wrong!  Is there something wrong with the service?  I always send the same one as previous with just a few updates and the last one was fine!  Is anyone else having the same problem?

Thank you for your post.  It reminded me to send my 2012 Greetings to members on my mailing list (I had forgotten).

I had no problem preparing the message by selecting "show text only"

The message was accepted by eBay and should be on its way within an hour or so.

When checking the status of the message prepared earlier, eBay now offers "Failed to Send". 😞
