i want to question wrong duty charged but under buyer terms and conditions, it states ..

You will defer to the expertise of Pitney Bowes in performing this task and will not question the export classifications made by Pitney Bowes on your behalf or the Harmonized System classification codes so assigned by Pitney Bowes.   .......

SO WHEN DID I GIVE UP MY RIGHTS TO SIMPLY GIVE THEM NOTICE OF THEIR ERROR? really want to know!
