Item location USA and it's not true it comes from China

Why people from China say item location USA and it's not true it comes from China?  For exemple look vovotrade seller. From Asia it takes so much time to receive item and sometime nothing arrive.  I'll never buy again something from Asia like China or Hong Kong.

Some sellers are dumb.

They put down their own location instead of the location of the item , which is what eBay requires.

Some sellers are sketchey.

If you are buying a cheap item or if you have reason to believe the item might be shipped from outside of North America, look at the delivery time in the Shipping section BEFORE ordering.

Anything over 20 days is coming from overseas.

BTW, many Chinese sellers actually ship from Australia or Europe or at least list on eBay Australia, eBay UK, or eBay Germany.

And using Asian models is sometimes a giveaway, although there are plenty of Sino-Americans so that isn't perfect.

Sometimes the Description is written with an accent. Read carefully.

You are allowed to Ask the Seller a Question.

"Where is this item shipped from?' is a reasonable question.

The link is at the bottom of the Description in tiny blue letters.

If your items do not arrive within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date eBay gave you, you can get a refund through the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

Don't get into a conversation with the seller or accept an offer of a replacement.

If the 30 days have passed, you have 180 days from payment to open a Dispute with Paypal, whose Resolution Centre is at tthe top of your PP account page under Tools.
