This is funny... I got a survey from eBay to comment on my buying experience. But... I rarely buy anything on this account! That survey should have been sent to my buying account.

Yes, like silver says. New... or reluctant. As in perhaps your infrequent buying is due to having had a terrible experience. So then eBay would rightfully want to know what soured your cream.

This makes sense 😉  At least I got a chance to tell them their shopping cart sucks for combined orders. I hope they will listen...
