I have seen eBay.ca gift cards in London Drugs which is a Western chain of pharmacies with a strong computer division.
I would be cautious of buying any gift cards online, since the chances of fraud are so high.
If you have been told to pay for something with an eBay gift card-- or any gift card really-- there is a very strong chance that this is a fraud.
The Canadian Revenue Agency does NOT demand gift cards to pay supposed "back taxes".
