You've posted your message to an eBay Canada public community discussion board. Try getting in touch directly with your seller from the link on the listing page.
If you don't get anywhere with the seller, it would probably be best to make a claim for a refund. I would allow a couple of weeks after the last estimated delivery date before doing this, however, to allow for COVID-related delays. Est-ce que le vendeur vous a donne un numero de livraison?
Et puis, eBay vous a donne un "fenetre de livraison"? Qu'est-ce que les probable dates pour livraison?
Si le date finale a passe, le Centre de Resolution est au bas de cette page.
Choisez "Not Received" et puis suivez les commandes.
"Contact Seller" est une suggestion, pas une commande, mais vous pouvez demander le service utilise, le date de envoi, et surtout le numero.
Le vendeur doit prouver livraison, pas envoi, ou vous serez rembourse.
