You have one active item with questions from buyers

On my selling page I have a message stating I have an active item with questions from buyers, which is not unusual, yet the message does not appear in "my messages" nor did I get a copy of it sent to my email. When I click on the active item that there is an apparent message associated to and hit respond, it shows me the member that has sent the message but there is no message, nothing written. I find this very strange especially since the message is not in "my messages" where it always is. Anyone ever experience this before?

You should have an option to Mark as Answered somewhere when you see the active item with the message pending.

This happens sometimes when a message is an orphan message somehow in the system.

At this moment I have, it says 78 active items with questions.

I actually have no unanswered questions.

Mine has always been a "big" number, I've never bothered to clean it up.......

Me either. I send a message to people letting them know when their item has been sent and if they send back a message thanking me, I have an unanswered message. I don't worry about it.
