How do I report a buyer to Ebay. A customer purchased a card in June,
left feedback already, and today, December, sent me an email wanting a
full refund because he never received the card. Smells fishy!

Thank you for the reply. Is that 50000 free listings a permanent thing
or is it just every now and then. I have over 4000 sports cards listed
and want to add more but I don't want to be caught with 10000 plus
listings and find out only 1000 are free.
