I have a buyer with great feedback who has not paid for his item after

Hey there. I just did a few test quotes with Purolator and for standard
parcel delivery I am seeing an increase of 20% over Canada Post. Not
sure how much this will help but I thought I put it out there. I am not
sure however if the transfer to USPS
