PAYPAL notification was immediate so it is only the eBay messages delayed.

Have you recently (In the last little while) attempted sending a customer a revised manual invoice? Attempted one today in Chrome and was not able to add a pick up option. Had to move Microsoft Edge and then it would let me. Was not sure if this was a temporary glitch? Noted it in the past but I don't have the need to send manual invoices on any regular basis.

Same thing here. Paypal payment notification, but nothing from ebay. Everything was normal until today. Haven't changed anything on my end, so I know it's ebays issue.

FYI for anyone with any sales until the email issues are fully resolved. I had a sale earlier this morning. But no email received for the payment. According to Sellers Hub it's "Ready to Ship - See Paypal transaction". According to Paypal it's an e-check and pending. According to Shippo okay to mail. Always best to confirm in Paypal prior to shipping.

I didn't get an email just a few hours ago either.

The eBay andoid app still works though, plus the default sale sound is a delightful ka-ching.

I had a sale at about 2AM ET today, the sale confirmed message came through for that.

None of the earlier MIA messages have arrived though. (As I recall from last time this happened, they will never show up).

Thanks for the follow up @ricarmic - tech is working on this as an actual technical issue thanks, in no small part, to the number of folks here that reported they were also impacted. 

Not sure on an a time frame for resolution, but glad to hear that you got one from this morning at least!
