The only 2 carriers that show up  besides Canadapost Xpresspost in approx 12 business days in doing a bit of research are Purolator and DHL. Both ship from your location. Really depends on the value of the item, size of item to be sent, specific requirements for documentation and if the item is permitted for shipping to Russia. Final biggest factor is if your customer is willing to pay you to cover the costs for shipping. DHL (Muskoka Delivery) currently has a promotion for 30% off when you open an account. After that you could use as you require. Hope that will get you started on your way.

PS. Before finalizing arrangements, would be best to check for any issues(Customers Feedback) with past transactions for your customer.

The have been a part of the UPU's e-express/post express program for about a year now so should be eligible for tracked packet in the somewhat near'ish future. They are still using legacy registered mail (along with EMS) for commercial goods shipments going outside of Russia so they haven't fully implemented the changes, nonetheless the USPS has had tracking in place under that program for almost a year now with them.

We shipped out a pendant to Russia on Tuesday, Xpresspost.  As always, PayPal shipping platform will take years to catch up to any changes with CP, so we needed to use Snap Ship.  Here's a piece of advice when shipping to Russia, and for that matter, to all countries with different alphabets.  Get the buyer to send you a version of their address in the language in question.  Our understanding is that every single piece of parcel mail that enters Russia ends up at a parcel sorting warehouse in Moscow where there are very very few English language speakers.  If there is a copy of the address off the the side with the address in the proper format for laymen (and women) postal workers to read we've found that the time for delivery is vastly speeded up.  YMMV.  Good luck.
