I wasn't able to get any further than the blank page indicating Omniture is no longer available. I will miss it. The information in those reports, as flawed as it may have been, was very useful in making decisions on what and how to sell.
From the details posted by Pierre on the new "performance report", I am expecting to be disappointed. This wasn't what I was hoping for as a replacement.

I now get the stores promo......
I got the impression that what was indicated with respect to "traffic" was temporary...
and something else was to come at some time in the future

"I wasn't able to get any further than the blank page"
Why don't you try going to your store on eBay.com. It may work for you as it did for me.

Sign into selling manager on .com.
On the bottom right under manage my store click on traffic reports.
If you go to your store, the link doesn't work.

"If you go to your store, the link doesn't work."
???
I started from my store on eBay.com and it worked. ???

When I click on manage store I am automatically taken to .ca and when I click on traffic reports I am taken to the traffic reports not available page. Perhaps your store is based on .com?

"Perhaps your store is based on .com?"
Yes. I opened my store back in June 2001 when they first became available on .co (before the creation of eBay.ca)

"Search terms driving sales"
That is an interesting piece of information.
It does not tell you how many potential buyers viewed your listings, it tells you how many hits resulted in a sale!
Hits are nice... sales are better, much better!
My performance report show 15 sales resulted from viewers searching for the term "gutter". I checked my sales for the last 30 days and the information is correct.
As sellers, if we can determine what buyers (not lookers) are searching to buy, we may all benefit.

""Great Britain Stamps" has a count of -2 (yes minus 2) "
I guess the "beta" version still needs some work
When I first looked at it a few hours ago, under "referring domains", about 1% came from community.ebay.ca.
Now, a few hours later, it is about 3%.
"
great britain stamps | 2 |
and yes, I sold two listings of Great Britain in the last 30 days!
Maybe it is a coincidence!

I just get the store promo too, can't get anything else. If I am trying to manage my store eBay, I already have one!
07-03-2015 08:10 PM
I'm not sure what you mean by the store promo but you get that even if you follow the directions in post 6?
07-03-2015 08:39 PM
07-03-2015 09:19 PM
Yes, I end up on a page suggesting I open and store and giving me directions when I click on traffic reports.

"does the total number of items equal the total number of items you actually sold when all the split out's are added up?"
No.
Having a good second lo0ok at the numbers this morning after my second coffee - lots of things simply do not add up.
