Buying item and not showing up in my eBay

I bought a item and got a tracking number and showing item was delivered to address that wasn’t mine. I was going to report to eBay but not showing up in my eBay as a purchase.

Does the payment show there?

You did not receive the item.

Check Google Maps for the address of the delivery.

Was it in the USA or Canada?

If it was USA your item may be being handled by a freight forwarding company through eBay's GSP or eIS programs.
