Can a seller demand that your buying privileges be revoked if you leave neutral feedback?

I left neutral feedback about an item that I received.  Seller sent a request through ebay for me to revise my feedback.  The seller wrote in the message that if I don't revise my feedback to positive, then the seller demands that my buying privileges be revoked.  Will ebay remove my privileges because a seller demanded it because he/she only wants positive feedback? Ebay states that it wants us to leave open and honest feedback.  How can we do that if sellers demand that our privileges be revoked if we don't leave positive feedback.  I revised my original feedback to positive.  I tried contacting the seller afterwards, but can't.  I'm a new member of ebay.  What is the protocol for all of this?

Hi jovigirl..Unfortunate you didn't ask prior to agreeing. Nothing of the sort and seller took advantage of the fact that you are new to ebay.

If you feel feedback is fair and factual , stick with it.

Actually , the seller could be reported for feedback extortion..

Not what ebay intended for a top rated seller.
