Exception for a $78 Lot of Memorabilia

So, the item in the screenshot, a lot of New York Islanders memorabilia, is one that I paid 78.10 CAD for, and was excited to receive it... until I went into the app, and saw that the latest update simply says "exception" when I opened tracking. What does this mean, and should I be worried? If something went wrong, what actions should I take?

I had a similar situation a few weeks ago. My item came through without issue a few days later.

It means you should never watch tracking.

That's basically an internal note. It might mean an extended coffee break, or that the parcel was returned to the terminal, or that the carrier couldn't find the mailbox. Or the community mailbox parcel box was already full.

Has the last day for delivery passed?

If yes, you can open a Not Received claim.

If not, relax, you will probably get it on Monday.

But if you buy online often, consider signing up for FlexDelivery. This is a FREE service in which the carrier leaves a notice rather than your parcel and you pick up at the PO .
