Fraudulent Bid, Hacked Account - No Way to Contact Support

Hi all - as the title says! Someone placed a bid through my account, and even though eBay advises us to contact them "immediately" I don't even have an email address to send info to.

The phone line provided by the chatbot redirects me to the website, and the chatbot says there are no live assistants available.

No idea what they actually want me to do, under those circumstances.

(Yes, I've changed my password, added 2-step verification, and verified my email/mailing addresses.)

Contact seller to cancel the bid or the order. If it's already paid, then you'll have to contact your payment method to declare a fraud case for unauthorized payment.

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/How-do-I-contact-Customer-Support/m-p/32016431#M1783851 -> Automated Assistant, type AGENT -> enter. You will then get more options.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
