I bought a Jean Beliveau RC on April 06th 2012. And today I had the card graded by KSA the card was trimmed. What can I do??

I just had a Jean Beliveau RC graded and found out that the card was trimmed. I paid $610.00 for the card on ebay from user ID cardslowprices9. I asked a lot of questions about this card before buying it and the seller guaranteed me that the card was authentic and not tampered with. I bought the card on april 06th 2012 past the 45 day deadline that where I can open a fraudulent claim against the buyer. (item# 17084051629) I just now graded the card by KSA and found out about the trimmimng on the card. Can anyone give me advice as to what I can do to get a refund?
