You paid.

You were given a window for delivery.

Has the last estimated date for delivery passed?

If it has, you can open an Item Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

If it has not passed, put the last estimated date for delivery on your calendar and come back then if you still haven't received your books.

Are you saying that it is showing as delivered when you look at your ebay purchase history?
