I need help ! I won an item . been trying to have seller send me total amount but seller ignores my several e-mails ?? what now ??

I won an item over 2 weeks ago. The seller responded ONCE to tell me they would invoice me once they calculated shipping costs.

Well......despite my SEVERAL requests to the seller to please send my total owing , they are ignoring me .

At least 8 e-mails I have sent ...begging to PAY & have my item shipped...and NOTHING !!

What should I do ??

Did you get any invoice from the seller or from eBay? If so, you could pay it.

If the seller has no shipping on it, he will correct it pretty dang quick!
