I received a refund for a shipped item, but I can't contact the seller.

Hello,

I recently bought a pair of sneakers with the authentiticity guaranteed feature on them. For some reason, I received a full refund on my bank account stating "item returned nsf" (even though I have enough to cover the costs). The problem is that I cannot contact the seller and the seller cannot contact me. The seller also has no other items for sale so I cannot message them that way.

Is there a way to resolve this issue? Those sneakers are quite pricey and I don't want to screw over someone because of this.

Thanks,
Rud

If you click on the sellers feedback number to get to their feedback page, there is a contact seller link there that may work.

It's unlikely that the seller would have sent out the sneakers if eBay didn't clear your payment so nsf may not mean what you think it does.   It may be a code that the Authenticity Center uses when the sneakers don't match the sellers description or are not authentic.  If that is the case, the sneakers  should be on their back to the seller.
